Definitions and Applicability

The following terms are used in these Terms with the meanings given below:

• "555rr" or "Platform" — The website https://555rr.mom and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person registered on or using the 555rr platform.
• "Account" — Your personal account created by registering on the platform.
• "Balance" — The total amount held in your account.
• "Services" — All online betting, casino games, slots, and related activities offered by 555rr.

These Terms apply to all persons residing in Bangladesh who use the 555rr platform. By using the platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 555rr platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Please ensure you are at least 21 years old when creating an account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account on the 555rr platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts and associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. 555rr reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or incomplete information is provided.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The 555rr platform may impose restrictions on access from certain regions or countries. Users are responsible for ensuring that online betting is permitted in their area.

Account Verification and Security

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

555rr may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation to confirm your identity. If documents are not provided within the specified time after a request, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3.2 Password and Account Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. 555rr is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access if you have not taken appropriate security measures.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Three payment methods are currently active on the 555rr platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The correct reference or transaction ID must be provided for each deposit.
• 555rr is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Note: Rocket is a mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from your account is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Failures

If a deposit or withdrawal fails for any reason, contact the support team immediately. Keep screenshots and transaction IDs of all transactions.

4.4 Taxes and Charges

555rr does not apply any additional charges on deposits or withdrawals. However, charges from the mobile banking provider may apply. You are responsible for being aware of any applicable taxes on winnings.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

555rr offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive up to ৳5,000 in bonus — total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.
• Each bonus may have its own expiry date; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.

5.4 Other Promotions

The terms and conditions for other promotional offers, including the 555rr VIP programme, are detailed on the respective offer pages. Those terms are also considered part of these general Terms.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please read the terms carefully before placing each bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. You can place bets across different markets on any match, such as Bangladesh vs India. In-play betting is also available. If a match is cancelled, the original stake is generally refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

555rr offers a range of games including slots, live casino, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules and payout structure. Games are operated fairly and transparently, with fair play ensured.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any bet or game, 555rr's decision will be considered final. However, you always have the option to raise any complaint with the support team.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555rr platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or any cheating tools.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage.
• Conducting fraudulent transactions.
• Stealing another user's information or harming them through deception.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or find vulnerabilities.
• Commercial resale or redistribution of 555rr's services.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 555rr's Rights

555rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, for any reason, particularly in the case of a breach of these Terms.

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure that all balance in your account has been withdrawn. Once an account is closed, it may not be possible to reactivate it.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there is no activity for an extended period. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — advance notice will be given.

Responsible Gaming Policy

555rr is committed to responsible gambling. We believe that entertainment should be enjoyable and never a source of financial or emotional stress.

• Set a spending limit for yourself and stick to it.
• Never place additional bets to try to recover money you have lost.
